apk3x Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the apk3x platform and all its services. When you open an account, log in, or play any game on apk3x, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "apk3x", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to all services, websites, and applications of apk3x. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor who is using apk3x services.

apk3x is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform that provides users in Bangladesh the opportunity to enjoy various types of games in a safe, transparent, and responsible environment. We ensure the security of every member through SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on apk3x:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• Users must participate on this platform entirely of their own free will.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Users must register under their own identity — opening an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

apk3x believes that responsible gaming starts with proper age verification. We reserve the right to verify identity at any time.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on apk3x, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using apk3x on a public or shared device.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created, apk3x reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any earned bonuses and winnings.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on apk3x: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own mobile banking number or bank account. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, apk3x may request additional verification.

4.3 Transaction Verification

To prevent money laundering and fraud, apk3x may at any time request transaction details and identity verification documents. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the transaction being put on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

apk3x offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A promotion can be used only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Winnings earned with bonus funds and original deposit funds are tracked separately.
• If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, apk3x reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• VIP members receive special benefits according to their tier — weekly cashback is available from Bronze through Platinum.

6 Responsible Gaming

apk3x is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not as an addiction.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting limits: You can stop yourself from wagering more than a set amount.
• Time-out: The option to suspend your account for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: The option to exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for an extended period.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on apk3x. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening or maintaining an account using false or fraudulent information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another member's account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the apk3x platform — logos, graphics, software, written materials, game interfaces, and designs — is covered by apk3x's intellectual property rights and is reserved.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, no content may be republished, sold, distributed, or modified without prior written permission from apk3x.

Game provider companies such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming retain their own intellectual property rights. apk3x only distributes their games.

9 Limitation of Liability

apk3x always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, apk3x will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
• Delays or issues related to third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Any claims related to game outcomes — all games are operated under fair play principles.
• Unforeseen events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In any situation, apk3x's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in connection with that specific incident.

10 Changes to Terms

apk3x reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, apk3x will endeavor to notify users in advance by email or through the platform. However, this is a best-effort measure, not a legal obligation.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by apk3x

apk3x may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Use of false identity or documents.
